Doctor says there is liquid on the knee and it needs to be tapped. Going to see specialist on Thursday to see if he agrees and get this sucker taken care of. Then of course back to work and the need to lose weight just increased again. I tried to bargain with God today. I said God if i don”t have to have surgery i will bust my butt to get this weight off. I know a prayer should just be a prayer so i switched to God please help. I don’t think I could handle surgery right now. And help me to lose the weight so this doesn’t happen again. I know the old saying God doesn’t give us more then we can handle. I hope God is just trying to give me a wake up call.

Seems like I could be sitting right beside ya with knee problems.
My left one, and the plantar fasciitis of the left foot seem to send the throbs at the most wrong times….I just love when my doctor says “You need to lose weight, the joint has to support too much” at a time when standing at the sink long enough to wash my hands means I have to sit on the couch with my foot propped on a stool for 15 minutes to get the pain to let off.
Just how does a girl exercise then?My hopes and prayers are with you. With us all, actually.

Heard (via your Mom) you were suffering-sorry to hear that! It’s no fun knowing you have lots of ‘things to do’ and then not feeling like you have the strength/energy to do them. (with me, it comes ‘with age’…sigh). Hoping the specialist can give you some help/hope. Keep your chin up (helps you to not look at your knee…hehehe); we both know the Lord hears our prayers, even if they’re not put in a ‘formal request’…the shortest prayer is just “God, Help me!” It’s ‘all good’.

It seems your having knee problems. I am praying for you and moi! I saw the ortho this week and they are talking surgery. Hopefully your resolve will not include the same. They gave me a cortisone shot, a little hurt made the larger hurt better. 
About prayer, I am not an expert, but feel God answers prayers in any form. We pray the way we think and speak, that is what God hears, because he made you unique!! -

I spoke with Cindy yesterday and a setback in finances due to purchase of medicines has taken her off line for a few weeks unless she can get to the library. But stick around because she will be back!
