My brother tagged me for the Four Thing Meme and I don’t have a blog topic so here we go.
FOUR JOBS YOU’VE HAD IN YOUR LIFE- From most recent to the oldest. Direct Care worker, newspaper carrier, sub teacher and sales associate at clothing store. And many more.
FOUR MOVIES YOU COULD WATCH OVER AND OVER- Aliens, Toy Story, When Harry Met Sally and Man In The Iron Mask
FOUR PLACES YOU HAVE LIVED- Never out of Michigan, but from current to oldest. Orion, Kalamazoo and Pontiac. I’ve only got three so far.
FOUR TV SHOWS YOU LOVE TO WATCH- Buffy The Vampire Slayer- who cares that they are all reruns, House, Nip/Tuck and CSI-Las Vegas
FOUR PLACES YOU’VE BEEN ON VACATION- South Carolina to fancy resort place that I hated, California to visit my brother and Disney Land, Florida to Disney World, and Ohio camped out at Cedar point. NEVER AGAIN- I’m a puss. No tents for me ever again.
FOUR WEBSITES YOU VISIT DAILY- I have like seven that I visit daily, but let’s go with the family blogs. SEB, Momma’s Corner, my dad’s blog and my sister-in-law’s blog. And so many more
FOUR OF YOUR FAVORITE FOODS- Pizza-ham and extra cheese, homemade chicken soft tacos, oreos and chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
FOUR PLACES YOU’D RATHER BE- This could be so many different things. So lets just say I’ll keep this one to myself. That way if one day I’m not here it’ll be a mystery where I went.
FOUR ALBUMS YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT- You would think one would be by the Moody Blues because my favorite song is Knights In White Satin, but I don’t own that CD or tape. So Let’s go with…Once More With Feeling from Buffy The Vampire Slayer , Songs From An American Movie from everclear, Reba-Greatest Hits Volume Two and the soundtrack to The Big Chill.
FOUR MAGAZINES YOU READ- I like O, Good Housekeeping, Family Circle and Reader’s Digest.
FOUR CARS YOU HAVE OWNED- Let’s see my first car/truck was a el-ca-mean-no (spelled this way because I couldn’t find it in the stupid dictionary to spell it correctly. I think it was a 1977 Malibu but I don’t remember. Then I got the 1990 Chevy S-10 from my folks and I had that for ten years. And now I have my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 that I got in 2000. And technically I own my husband’s 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 too (it’s in my name).
FOUR PEOPLE TO DO THIS MEME- Well my brother beat my to the people I would tag so I guess I’m the end of the line. But it’s been fun.

Snort. Sales Associate. You must have a great ability to keep a straight face.
No way could I stand a full shift of someone asking me “Do you have this in Green and two sizes bigger?”
My youngest sister did it for Eleven Years! before the company downsized.
I’m shuddering just seeing this in writing.
I miss Reader’s Digest. For a long time, a relative gave a subscription to us as a holiday gift, but since her divorce, she is barely making ends meet. I might check into a renewal.

I was actually a very good sales associate. I would never tell somebody something looked good on them to make a sale. That made many of the women hunt for me in the store. Me and my friend Sue would rack up serious sales because we had the same attitude. You might be a big woman, but that doesn’t mean you get to go around looking like a slob. I don’t miss the job, but I do miss Sue.
